Global Security Services has a Control Room that is manned 24-hours per day 365 days per year. The main responsibility of tracking persons and belongings rests on the Control Room. GSSG Control Room logs all calls and/or concerns for quality purposes and tracks and monitors them until resolved.

The Control Room is manned by highly qualified, trained, and experienced operators who utilizes their extensive security knowledge along with computerized visual verification applications to control the influx and distribution of information and provide “real time” support to clients and personal.

Monitoring & Reporting

The Control Center ensures “real-time” monitoring via visual verification software of all security officers and assets. This approach ensures clear logs and audit trails.  Communication between our clients, management, Security Officers, and Close Protection Officers is of high priority, not only in cases of emergency but always. This ensures good service delivery compliance and quick and effective response in case of an emergency.

GSSG has a dedicated armory that is monitored and supported by the Control Room with use of an asset tracking application. Security Officers also report regularly via a mobile application system to the Control Room to ensure constant communication between all deployed units is maintained.

 

  • Our Control Centre monitors all incoming calls, alarm activations and takes the necessary action by dispatching the relevant responses as quickly as possible.
  • Advance computer-controlled applications are utilized by Control Room Operators, to ensure monitoring of our tactical response teams, guard patrols and reaction time.
